How do you become a Finch?

1. Create a cover letter and resume.

In the cover letter answer the following questions:
a. What are your available hours for work at the Finch?
b. Why are you interested in a job at the Finch?
c. What is your favorite thing that we carry at the Finch?
d. What is your favorite job you have held in the past?

Please keep in mind that we do require at least one Saturday and Sunday a month from all of our employees.
