Finch Favorite!

Finch favorite of the day? Being a favorite of Taylor Swift, of course!

Check out what sweet Miss T Swizzle had to say in this month’s issue of Nashville Lifestyles magazine!

“Do you have any favorite shops in or around Nashville? If so, any tips for great finds? I have so many favorite shops here. I love Gilchrist and Gilchrist, this family owned shop in Berry Hill. I bought a lot of cute decorations and furniture for my apartment there. For the girls who like shabby chic, go there. I really like the Hill Center area with Anthropologie and H.Audrey. Fire Finch and Pangaea in Hillsboro Village are so cute too. Fanny’s House of Music in East Nashville has instruments, lessons, sweet ladies who work there and awesome vintage clothes, shoes, and accessories (across the street is Pied Piper, get some ice cream there).” - Joseph Anthony Baker

Thanks, doll! Come see us soon!

Finch Favorite of the Day

The favorite treasure today is an exquisite necklace from David Aubrey. The three strands of ivory beads against the gold accents and stones make this a beautiful accessory for any season. The golden sparrow against the mahogany wood makes this piece a true treasure. Located in the downtown Fire Finch boutique in Nashville, Tenn.

Easy, Breezy Fall

Here in Nashville we're just barely starting to see the seasons shift, but the anticipation of fall has us all ready for something new! Fire Finch's array of stunning earrings are the perfect pieces to update your look without investing in a whole new wardrobe (although sometimes a girl just needs to do that, too)!

Yummy New Products

We received a spankin new assortment from two of our fabulous designers.

Pyrrha is a great Canadian jewelry company specializing in creating unique jewelery from vintage seals. Many of their pieces center around Greek and Roman mythology and have fabulous meanings. Each piece comes with a beautiful card describing the seal used to make the item. By far the most popular of the line are the initial necklaces.
Also new to the jewelry cases this week is a great new collection from Swallow. Swallow is a fabulous eclectic company based in Brooklyn, NY. Ria Charisse creates unique jewelery from the very unexpected. These funny bees make great tacks for your bulletin board but I plan to add them in a nice swarm on the walls of my living room. Cast from semiprecious and precious metals all of the Swallow jewelery are amazing pieces of art. Back in stock is the fabulous double wing necklace and the ever popular humminbird skull necklace.

Where did the time go?

Wow, time has dashed past me!
We had a lovely bit of press in Lucky magazine featuring an even lovelier Jan Michaels ring.

If you haven't become familiar with Jan's jewelry you really should ask a Finch about it. We all adore the stuff! Now I have been working hard at this whole retail gig for more than a big ole decade now. Needless to say I have a lot of jewelry! So much that I have to curb myself now for fear that my husband will start to become a little peeved. Oh but that resolve just weakens and melts away every time I see Jan and what she has been up to in her time off. The rings are fabulous but the earrings just sing to me! I admit to having several pairs in more than one stone color. I think the joy of her jewelry is every piece is handmade by lovely ladies in San Francisco (go USA?) and dreamed up in that beauiful creative head of Jan's.

So Happy Holidays everyone! Come visit!

Oh the Weather Outside.....

Oh the weather outside may be frightful but we have you covered!

Check out what we have new this week!!!
Oh and wouldn't you be cute and cozy in this....

Or maybe you should wait for the new colors of Tulle coats to arrive in the next two weeks?

Well, anyway we are excited to have a change of wardrobe.

We just got word that our favorite wardrobe guru Lizzie was on the Today Show last Thursday. Many of you may remember Lizzie from her stay here at the nest. The lovely songbird is now in the Big Apple spreadin' her Southern charm to all those who have the cash and class to shop at the SoHo Max Azria boutique.

Miss you Dizzy Lizzie!
